Arrive, choose a wicker chair with backrest, admire the legendary Place des Carmes but also the beautiful frontage of this legendary Toulouse place, present for years admiring customers passing by without moving an inch. These few elements can already make this bar an experience but that is not what pushes me to come back here each time. It's around 6 p.m., the sun begins to fall depending on the season, sit in good company, order beers, and laugh, especially laugh, among ourselves, with the others because the atmosphere is extremely warm, and this, carried by the waiters, their good humor, their smile.
